Control Toolbar not displaying properly

Hello,

I'd really appreciate if you could help me with the following issue, please:

I'm not sure how to formulate this, but basically in the Control Toolbar, when I try to control the panning, the distance from the Center to the right is not the same as the distance from the Center to the left. I found that I can adjust that by playing with the controller on the right side, but i can't really hit the perfect spot, but even if I do, the moment I switch to controlling the Velocity, everything looks messed up and I need to adjust it back to how it was, thus the panning control is still not displaying properly.
Any ideas?
