SOS: FL Studio 21 splits tracks with some delay

I don't know why but everytime I export my tracks, some of them get a delay, I try to track down if there was a plugin that these delayed tracks had in common but nope. What do you think is happening?

Is automatic PDC on within the mixer Options?
