Could not enable core audio device

Hi I hope someone can help me with this issue I'm having
FL Studio's is acting weird lately, the sound is all cracky and muffed when I play any keys and no this is not from any plugin because it worked perfectly fine a week ago. It keeps saying that my macbook speakers are disabled or the speakers entirely disappear from the list of output devices I've seen a forum on reddit about this but it hasn't been answered and someone said it had to do with bluetooth devices I don't know if it is because of that but I did connect my AirPods with the macbook a few days ago and it might be because of that but I don't know how to fix this so I hope anyone here knows how to fix this.
