The .fst's are intended to use for the conventional way of the 4x4 but a step ahead...
i mean; on the current representation of the step seq it would put like this <000X 0000 000X 0000>
Note: these presets are Channel Presets for 3x osc, so the location goes in Presets\Channel presets\3x Osc\ on the user folder.
