How do i export a sound without the time parameter changing

So for the life of me, i couldnt figure out why was it that the sound i made wouldnt change keys when played on a piano or in the piano roll. After research, I found out its because the time parameter was shifted from the middle as shown in the pic. So my question is how do i bounce out the sound with the time parameter in the middle without it keep bouncing back with the same time parameter? Whenever i change the parameter and bounce it out as a wav, i go to reload the new bounce and its the same shit.. Please help
