Detach all plugins

I always have the "Settings > General > Miscellaneous > Detach all plugins" setting turned on.

However, when loading a .flp file from another user (e.g. after download), plugins are usually not detached and I have to navigate to the respective radio button (pic), turn it off and then on again.

How do you go about this? Is there a macro or a another method to make it more straightforward, or would it make sense to automate it upon loading or e.g. include something like it in the macro menu?
