This setting would be good for advanced users. It would enable:
1. Track click and drag just like other daws. It would make grouping/ungrouping much easier instead of current method which is a bit cumbersome and is against FL studio's fast workflow
2. When highlight a track, have a + symbol appear both above and below track to quick add a track above or below

Assuming you'er talking about Playlist Tracks.....
