FL Studio on more than one system

Hi all. I currently use FL Studio on my desktop PC. I'd like to also use it on a laptop so I can make music whilst I'm travelling. A couple of questions which I would appreciate some guidance on:

1. Can I download and use FL Studio on both my desktop and a potential laptop? How would I go about doing this?
2. Is there a way to ensure that the plugins, VSTs etc that I have on my current desktop version is the same as my laptop version? I currently have FL Studio All Plugins edition which I'd like to retain on the latop.
