Lock markers to the time?

Hey, is there a way to lock my markers in a playlist to the time? So that if I'd change the tempo from 130bpm to 120bpm my Marker would stay at the same time (not the same beat and bar, just the same time (i.e. putting a marker to 3:00 and after changing the tempo it'd still be at 3:00))
