Add color-coding capabilities to the plugin picker in mixer tracks

Hi.
It would be nice to have the mixer plugin picker list color-coded.
You should consider doing it semi-automatically, so the user can choose to code them by manufacturer and type, and even let them color-code the list manually.
The best way to color-code them should be through the Plugin Manager.
