There is a sizeable delay between a theme being loaded which includes a Dynamic Wallpaper and the HTML Document displaying in the above RC 3 build for Windows.
There are sometimes several seconds (for me, around 3 to 4 seconds) passing before the background actually displays after a theme has been selected.
This only seems to occur when switching between a non-Dynamic Wallpaper theme and another which has one. Since, once the HTML document has displayed for one theme that includes this, switching to another theme which also includes one is instantaneous.
Therefore, there must be something causing an initial delay of instantiating the Dynamic Wallpaper from scratch. Possibly something to do with using the new Edge runtime browser instead of the old one?
Could this possibly be optimised to initialise faster, so that there isn't such a noticeable delay in displaying the HTML document?
Please also see this comment from WhiskeyPriest, where he also confirms experiencing the same delayed display issue.
Thanks.

What steps should we follow to reproduce this?
