System Freeze while Exporting to Soundcloud

This is my first time posting on here but I just made my second track. The first one uploaded to Sound Cloud just fine. The second one is giving me some trouble. I have the screen up and I am logged into my sound cloud account. The rendering progress bar shows that it is a success and has uploaded. The issue is that the render options screen stays frozen on FL studio. I have tried hitting the abort button, and X-ing out of the screen but it wont let me. Ive tried going to the doc bar and closing out the program on my mac book but nothing happens.
Other things that I have tried to do is restart my mac book even still I keep getting the same result. Please help.
