Mixer routing issue?

I am not technical, so when one track in my mixer was routing to Channel 13 to main out put, but also sounding outside of those parameters, I was confused. In a nutshell, if I turn down the Master volume all instruments go quiet except one. It shows it is set to channel 13 and out to master, but plays out as if it is not. I have FL21, which has been fine for weeks. If no one else has experienced this, I guess I'll just reset the track, get rid of the channel and start it again. Odd behaviour, though.
