I don't really have a recording yet, but I can say with confidence that I have brought my voice up about an octave since 2020 in terms of being able to sing/scream this vocal reliably every single time:
this recording was done within about 20 takes....I can pull it off about an octave higher with the same level of difficulty.
my "actual current range" is about roughly from a "D2 to a D5." (rough estimate). (scientific pitch notation)
I pushed my voice up about 12 semitones since 2020.
