Plugins in external folder excluded in scanning?

I´ve bought a new laptop (win11 pro) and installed fl studio 20 (v20.9.2 build 2963). Along with that I thought: this time i will be clever and create a folder for my vsts on D:\ (a partition on the same drive as c:\). The structure is the following:
D:\mus\plugins\
D:\mus\plugins\clap
D:\mus\plugins\vst
D:\mus\plugins\vst3

clap contains vital.clap
vst contains FL Studio VSTi (Multi).dll and FL Studio VSTi.dll
vst3 contains KClip3.vst3 and Vital.vst3

In fl studio i have added ONLY the d:\mus\plugins\vst3\ folder:

no matter how i check/uncheck the scan options: neither vital or kclip shows up.

I have no problem on my other computers with windows 11 pro. So I blame my file structure. But, is it? Teamviewer is possible if needed.
