Studiologic SL88 sustain problem

Hey there, i recently got myself the SL88 from Studiologic. The sustain pedal works with the SL88 in FL Studio when pressed down, but sometimes it avoids some notes for some reason. I'm attaching the picture below where you can see that some notes in the chord are staccato and some aren't, yet the sustain has been pressed each time i changed the chord. This is extremely odd and i have no clue what to do. The sustain pedal works 100%, i've tried it with my Notation 61 Impulse and it works fine. The Studiologic SL88 also works fine with this sustain pedal because when i opened a standalone Keyscape app it works just fine. Only when i use it in FL Studio it has this issue. I've tried it on different plugins and the problem is exactly the same in each one so i assume it must be FL Studio related and how it reads the MIDI from the SL88.
