I cant install plug-ins help :(

I have downloaded a plug called Gtune its free guitar tuner but I cant load it into FL studio for some reason. Its when you click on manage plugins thats were you insert your plugins whenever I select me file its highlighted in yellow to the left in (manage plugins) but whenever I click (find installed plugins) its not there this getting so upsetting. (ask for a video of issue if needed)
