'Enter' Key Does Not Save on Save Dialog

With the new(ish) save dialog, after you type in your file's name, when you hit 'Enter', it does not save. Additionally, you also can't hit 'Tab' any amount of times to move the selection to the 'Save' button, but rather have to click it with the mouse. This is counter to very nearly every other program on Windows, it's a huge annoyance and inconvenience.
