FILM-SCORING | Movie Scores, etc.

How do you folks go about lining up bars/beats with specific frames/hit points in videos? Cubase and Ableton both have fairly easy ways to essentially drag the grid around to auto-generate the tempo map/automation. But I find this task impossible in FL.

new playlist is being worked on rightnow it will probably have warpable grid.

Did the devs actually confirm they're working on a warpable grid or is that conjecture? That's going to be a major game-changer for film scoring. That's arguably Cubase's best feature.

No it's not conjecture, it's in the plan, they have already teased groups within groups and comping, when scott said they were working on new playlist as far as I remember he mentioned about warpable grid. It will either be with other playlist update or later in time, he didn't give any eta so it could be next update, next to next update or 3 years or 10 years, you get the idea.
