How to sequence sets and change songs?

For folks using Performance mode in live shows, how are you switching songs? I'm kind of reluctant to make one mega playlist arrangement with all the songs and clips layed out diagonally, but that's the only option I see. I was hoping I could put one song per arrangement, but you can't change arrangements while playback is happenings, so so much for that idea (feature request?)

Anyway, any tips for seamless song transitions?
