Scl files don't tune Harmor correctly

I tried dragging my 22EDO scala file into harmor to tune it, but it seems it's offset and slightly stretched.
Is the problem that the line can't be positioned perfectly due to precision limitations?
Compared to loading it into Surge XT, midi C0 is slighyly sharp, the midi C5 is VERY sharp.
Are there any scl files succesfully adjusted to Harmor, or could I make those myself?

If anyone can help, thanks a ton. Harmor has been my favorite since I was a kid and I was bummed to give it up delving into alternate tunings, so hyped when I found it works, but... This is kind of a deal-breaker. I seem to hear just intonation does work, Harmor should excel at that, but that's more something I use on the side.

Edit: I've gotten it a lot closer with 0.827256917953491 as the minimum value and 0.372716039419174 as max, I can work with this and maybe tune even finer so there's no phase weirdness later. I'd still love to know if there's resources out there that work correctly!
