FL Cloud not working (Active subscription)

Hello there , I have active subscription and tried everything from here to get that ''Free'' version out. But everything I've tried , when I log in it keeps sayin' it's free FL Cloud account. I've reinstalled FL clean , I've deleted logs . Upadated Windows 10 , and tried with deleting the edge file , but nothing helps . Even the antivirus check that it doesn't have FL in his list. Please help
