New Plugin Windows Appear at the Edge of Screen

I recently ran into an issue when opening new effects plugins through the mixer. Sometimes the plugin will appear at the very edge of my screen and I will have no way to drag it into my work area. To solve this I have to go to the view settings and arrange all windows again, but this rearranges all my windows and then I have to go and once again reposition the browser, piano roll, playlist, etc. when all I really want to do is grab that one plugin that inexplicably opens almost entirely off screen.

Is there a setting that will prevent new plugins from appearing at the edge of the screen? Or are there any other solutions to prevent this unwanted behavior?
