There's an exporting bug that makes tracks with a little delay when the project has a lot of stuff
It's clearly detachable when the music has sidechain automations, cuz looks like the quality music turns to Ultrasafe when exported.
I know there's autoduck but i don't want to remake all sidechains of my projects just because of this bug.
Please fix it.
In the screenshots, there are two tracks with the same song, but the top one is using autoduck and the below one is using sidechain automation. Note that the automation one has a "gap" before the kick. Probably because tracks do have this delay, but the automations don't.

The delay can be caused by some of the plugins....
