I call my main default template "NeztebTemplate.flp".
Sometimes I want to update that template, so I tried the following:
1. Open FL Studio, it opens a blank project from my default template
2. Modify the project with the new stuff I want in the template
3. File menu, "save as template", using the same name "NeztebTemplate"
4. See the error popup saying that template name already exists:
I'd like to see a button next to "Ok" that says "Overwrite Template", which just overwrites the template so that my future projects have the updated stuff.
I'm loving FL Studio so far; thanks for the great software!
