Anniversary Discount Discontinued?

Does anyone know if the 30% off anniversary discount still exists? I just passed my fourth year using FL Studio and was trying to buy some FLEX sound packs, I figured I'd have a discount because they gave me one last year but I didn't receive one.

Is the anniversary discount random or was it discontinued?
