Email for Komplete Native Access deal misleading. IMO

Don't know where to post this but I got an email from FLStudio that offered a package (Komplete) deal for NI plugins.
The email had links to three different youtube channels saying how great this stuff is.

The problem I'm having is that the email made me think it was another internal FLSTudio plugin when in reality you have to create an account with Native Instruments in order to download the plugins, and then the NI App that runs ON TOP of FLStudio. Not only that but some of the advertised products included in the email were not even in my newly acquired Native Access menu library.

So this was very disappointing to discover all of this after I had jumped thru all the hoops. So, now I want my money back, as I feel this was a deceptive email.

I don't actually really care about the money so much but I've uninstalled all of the NI software as it was not in line with what was advertised.

I also sent in a support ticket but have not heard back from FLStudio.
