24.0.99 Beta 3 and 4 - The new change on mixer has an issue

It's about the feature #8940 - Enable a disabled mixer track slot when its effect plugin is deleted
1. What is happens is when deleted the muted plugin, it can hears a short burst of its effect.

It's seems like it's enable too soon before the plugin "disconnects" from the mixer.

2. Also, when the mix knob is at 100% wet, then disable, then turns to 0% and then enable it, it also can hear some short burst.

3. and the last thing; I like the feature of resetting the state of that checkbox, but I would should add that slot's mix knob as well to initialize to 100% when the plugin is unloaded (deleted).

On the video, it shows the case of deleting and undoing the operation to repeats the issue.
