Fl Key 37 issues

Hi I recently bought a Fl key 37 and only the custom chord,Scale chord, and 2 of the “custom” buttons are the only buttons lighting up and I can only play with the keys and those 4 buttons I’ve reinstalled Fl studio, as well as tried going through the novation website which it then told me to try the components and I did I installed it to my desktop and it still told me it couldn’t even detect my MIDI keyboard it’s really frustrating but I wouldn’t doubt it’s something I did wrong installing I just need some help I’ve been looking for a solution for days
