Vocal Recording Issue - Frequencies not being picked up on FLSTUDIO ASIO

Hi,

I'm running into this weird issue when trying to record vocals. When I use ASIO4all, the EQ looks to be picking up frequencies higher than 10,000 hz (shown below). But when I switch over to FLSTUDIO ASIO, the EQ doesn't seem to pick up any frequencies higher than 10,000 HZ. Is there a setting I need to change on my sound driver? I also can't get audio to play when I'm on ASIO4ALL so if I were to record vocals, I'd have to switch back and forth between inputs which is a pain. Thanks and any help is appreciated.
