FLkey61 crashing FL???

Hello

I recently got an Novation FLKEY61 and all was great for a while. But more recently during projects it suddenly stops working. When it stops working it also usually freezes FL and I have to close FL through task manager, un-plug an re-plug the FLKEY then continue the project.

I have already:
1) Updated FLKEY driver
2) Updated FL to latest version
3) Restored FLYKEY to factory

It's driving me crazy so any help would be appreciated.
