24.1 Beta 4 - "Default news.rss" - Could not write to file - Crashes to Desktop

After booting Windows 11 for a new session, or upon a system re-start, these current (v21.3 / v24.1) FL Studio betas keep crashing to desktop, upon their initial launch.

This occurs immediately after the following error prompt.

Error upon DAW Launch.png

Could not write to file - "E:\Image-Line\FL Studio\Settings\Internet\Default news.rss"

Subsequent launches of the DAW are unaffected and execute correctly. However after restarting Windows, that initial DAW launch will always crash to the desktop.

This makes me think, it might have something to do with Norton Security, not allowing permission for FL Studio to write to that file initially. Could you make it so the DAW doesn't crash, if it is denied permission to write to "Default news.rss", since that would be better than to have the DAW always crash after a system reboot.

BTW, I have tried manually deleting the "Default news.rss" file first and that makes no difference, since FL Studio will always create a new one if it is not present.

Tested with:
Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.3296
FL Studio 2024.1 Beta 4, Beta 3, Beta 2 (also, I believe).
