Native Instruments S61 Mk3

I sent this to image line support and they told me to post it here:

“Just today I received a S61 MK3 in the mail. I followed the steps, I installed all of the native instruments software needed, did a hardware update, went into the link provided and followed it for FL Studio setup. When I set it as Mackie Control Universal it doesn't work properly. None of the keys play notes, the pitch wheel controls my Mixer 1 volume, the G#6 key turns into a "Save as" key??? I have another controller that uses the Mackie Control Universal, it's the Platform M+ by iCON. I am unsure if this is affecting it by both using the same control? I don't see why it should but it's very odd.”

Since then, I did a clean install of FL studio to no avail, I tried setting up the piano on my laptop (with the same FL settings as my desktop), so I know it’s not my desktop environment. It also still did now show “komplete kontrol daw - 1” in the midi settings, and I
in this link it shows “komplete kontrol daw - 1” which I do not have as an option in my MIDI settings:

I have a ticket open with NI right now as well, so we’ll see what they say. Thank you for any help!
