[Feature request] More random version of SeededRand()

Formula Controller has this function called SeededRand(a). If you gonna sweep a value of "a" variable from 0 to 1, SeededRand(a) will give you a set of random values. Well, at least they look like they're random, because each time you sweep "a" from 0 to 1 you're getting exactlly the same set of "random" values. I think it'd be handy if we could get a function that is actually generating random value everytime input value changes, instead of mapping a set of values that only look like they're random.
