24.1 Beta 7 - Opening old projects, all notes at the patterns are at C0

Opening old projects, all notes at the patterns are at C0.
The notes at the piano roll are OK.
This issue was present since beta 5, at least.
Although it is a different situation, I thought it had been corrected in Beta 6: 17589 Chop tool sets the notes to C0 when snap to scale is on, but the issue is still there even though snap to scale is off.

I am attaching an old project from 2003, where you can replicate it. Check the drums patterns.
This project has not been modified since 2003.
