Using Minilab3 with Fl studio rendering to be very buggy

So i just purchased fl studio and it is the latest one. My minilab 3 registers incorrect notes for only four keys.
C4 will register as C#4
and D4 will registers as D#4
Strangely, C#4 will register as G4 and D#4 will register as F4

also the screen on my minilab 3 will suddenly not register the daw info but the transport controls will work

in addition to that i want to use the pads to control different channels in the channel rack and the keys to work normally as a piano, so the pads for drumming and keys for piano. But somehow the moment i change the omni midi channel to 10 which used to work for me, even the keyboard willl register different keys as different channels. I just bought the software and this is really proving to be a hassle for me. Any help would go miles for me. Thanks!
