Routing different channels notes to FPC

Good day fellow fruity loopers!

Hope your day is going well

Is there a simple way to map a single note from a certain drum set channel to the FPC, so that I can build a FPC set using different single notes from different drum sets (aka wire different channels notes to the FPC set).

I remember back in the day you could build a map borrowing notes from different channels, to build your own drum kit.

I have to believe there is a simple way to do that too in FL Studio, but I can't seem to work a way around that scratcher!

I have researched the internet far and wide, seems difficult to find a simple procedure, while I believe it really should be that easy !

Example :
Taiko set on channel 1
Bongos set on channel 2

I want to have a PCB set with low taiko hit on the 1st pad, and bongos hi hit on the 2nd pad
Etc...

Thanks for your help !

Jonathan
