How to treat insanely high female vocals?

So, do you have any tips for treating female vocals that are high? Like, this girl's voice is so high at some spots, it's like a piece of a siren is in her voice, lol. I have tried EQ, soothe, compression, nothing seems to fix this. It's afftecting my ability to balance vocals in the mix. I attached a small piece so you can hear what I'm referencing, thanks
