Option to highlight all of the info regarding 1 selection.

Ok, this may just be me being an idiot, and not too familier with FL Studio but, when I click on (or double click) one of the tracks/audio in the picker window, is there a way for it to highlight ALL the info regarding that particular section across the whole project? like say I click on a patern, and I want to see where it is in the channel rack, the mixer and the main playlist window so I can easily move to that particular selection and edit it quicker. I am a bit on the brain dumb side and if this is already an option, could someone please tell me how to do it? Thanks in advance
