Consolidate playlist selection adding silence

I have a couple of chopped up samples used as a 1 bar fill. I noticed when consolidating (ctrl+alt+c) I get a delay at the start. So it's pickling my mind, I try it on a 1 bar kick pattern to see it more clearly and each kick is out by a bit.

Ok, so I can just drag the sample to where it needs to be, only when I drag it I can't get it exacccccctly in the right place. Even if I take snapping off. It's ever so slightly before where it needs to be. I noticed this because if I play the original sample and this together I get some sort of comb filtering effect (think that's what it's called when 2 sounds are ever so slightly out) or phasing issue?

Now I can change the track latency to get it to line up, but I dont want to have to do this for every channel and sample. Is there something I've inadvertently clicked here or a global setting I can change to have my renders automatically be where they should be?

EDIT:

Okie dokey, so after disabling every fx plugin causing the orange clock, I realised there were 2 instances of ostirus with no fx still causing the delay. Deleted both of them and now we're back to it rendering as expected.

Now the next query, how do I get around this issue....I noticed ostirus has latency in it's settings

I can amend this (100 to 110ms does the trick) as I know it's the offending plugin but would I need to do this for every instance of it, is there no way to have this done automatically.
