Lock Windows Feature

Can you guys add a feature to lock windows so that you dont accidently move them. For example for my custom layout that I use I have all my different windows perfectly setup and sometimes I accidently move them and then have to meticulously put them back in place. Please try to add a general settings option to lock all windows into users last set position.
