24 RC1 Unexpected alt+scroll behavior with note repeat

When you alt+scroll within the piano roll you can change the velocity etc of the selected notes.

Expected behavior: Alt+scrolling with note repeat goes through all the individual steps like no repeat - 1/4 - 1/8 dotted - 1/4 triplet etc.

Actual behavior: Alt+scrolling causes seemingly arbitrary and unhelpful jumps, when started from no repeat it goes:
- note repeat
- 1/8
- 1/32 dotted
- 1/32 triplet
- 1/64 triplet (max value)
