24.1 RC4 - Detach all plugins global setting not honored

Hi,

I always use FL Studio on 2 screens and that went OK with previous beta's and RC's, but now I suddenly noticed the plugins are not detached.
While the global setting says: detach all plugins (like it always was)
So the bug is that the global setting is not honored by the individual wrappers.

I cannot move them to my 2nd monitor, so its not only a visual glitch in the wrapper settings menu.

Note: when I individually enable detach for the plugin, the detach is working like expected.
