I hope a feature will be included that allows you to create an automation clip of the bpm and after: set the bpm to a different value and when you press play the bpm doesnt jump back to the set value of the automation clip. even if u take out the automation clip out of the highlighted section in the playlist it does that.
its super useful to achieve different tones that u cant achieve by for example playing the instrument how it is. sometimes there are some tones and sounds missing that you can often achieve by changing the bpm and therefore the pitch and the structure of the sound and what not. For that its important that the bpm doesnt jump back to the automation clip value because youll achieve a pitch and structure of the sound that you cant get with the pitch knob and also very important: u might forget the bpm where the pitch was right, or its a fine decimal number, which is super annoying to set up again and again.
Now I have to create different projects to do that, because i like to change the bpm throughout the song and its part of the creational process for me. it would be nice if at least the bpm wouldnt switch in the highlighted area of the playlist, when there is no bpm automation clip in it.
Thanks!
create automation clip for bpm and later still change bpm to whatever u want without it setting back.
