The cloud backup doesn't seem to work anymore. Everytime when I clicked the menu, there is a notice popping-up saying that there is something wrong with my cloud backup, but it doesn't say where exactly so I'm stuck with finding what is wrong. Here are the things I tried:
- Changing connections
- Going near to the router.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting my wi-fi connection.
- Forcing sync, as well as selecting wait.
- Logging out and back in the Cloud. Did this to my phone as well as it is currently logged out.
- Restarting my computer.
- Clearing the app's cache.
- Letting the app to sync without touching anything.
All of these doesn't seem to work.
I would hope that this will be fixed soon enough. In the meantime, I would like to know if there are other workaround to this, that doesn't include reinstalling the app, changing account for the Cloud, using my portable hard drive, or deleting the stuff in the cloud. I'll consider those as final resorts.
