Hello,
I've been having trouble with generators not exporting at their full frame rate: FogMachine and Cheap Cloud Flythrough.
They appear to render around 15 fps regardless of the target framerate. Video rendered at 30fps have two repeat frames. Video rendered at 60fps result in four repeated frames. I have a bunch of Polar effect layers on top, and they render at the proper selected framerate -- no duplicate frames.
Everything plays back properly (full framerate) in the preview window.
I've performed a number of test exports at 30 and 60 fps for both FogMachine and Cheap Cloud Flythrough, including exporting each on their own without the BufferBlender layer. The results are the same.
Note: I am using a pretty basic GPU -- a GTX 1050 -- however while rendering, the GPU usage and memory don't max out so I assume it's good enough.

It seems the problem is related to project temp...
