What size is everyone's primary hardrive currently?

So I am feeling a little emo stressed that I sort of need a new primary harddrive as I am finding it hard to accommodate all the plugins this year I've encountered that are GBs in size like 10gb vsts??????? (they are many times larger than the daw that they are used in) This is not specifically about fl cloud but I've encountered quite a few third party plugins that are just massive AND they all have content libraries that are also massive. This led me to wonder just what type of SSD's HDDs everyone is dealing with in 2024?

I've been using a 1TB primary with backups for ages but I'm seriously thinking that a 4TB drive may be what I need just to keep all my plugins and software on the same working primary drive as I always try to do. I usually backup data, but keep running software on a common drive. I really want to hold out to Black Friday but it seems I am being drawn more and more into getting one and not sure if I can wait until Black Friday. Its sort of unfortunate now that 1TB doesn't seem adequate anymore without needing to back stuff up and spend time looking for things to sacrifice into secondary storage.


What is everyone doing in terms of their ssd's? I know some folks have dedicated rack setups for audio but it seems like many people are also running off one computer.

What size is everyone's primary drive currently? Is 4TBs going to be enough, if you are using more than 4TB why do you need the extra primary storage? Not so much meaning total storage here just the primary drive storage.
