I am trying to create templates to recall certain actions faster in FL Studio. I believe in a previous version of FL, when I would save the channel state/automation channel state in an external place, the links would be restored when dragging both saved states within the project. This doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I realized that when using a layer channel, It was possible to save the states of every channel set as a child for that layer as a layer state. Unfortunately, the layer state does not recall the remote link set to linked channels. I show video examples of what I try to achieve in the attachments I've included in this post
I like to save channel states for easy recall from the browser to save time and reduce friction of setup. This is especially a pain point for me as I have returned to using internal controllers to make tasks easier, but it has been annoying to set the links for every instance of something I am automating that has to do with internal controller that relies on MIDI (fruity Keyboard Controller & Fruity Envelope Controller) I cant rely on Patcher because I tend to use some of the miscellaneous settings for my internal controller setup, which isn't available for a plugin instance in Patcher, and my usage of internal controller links vary so much that I can't reliably set up a project template to account for it.
It would be awesome to make it possible for remote control states to be recalled with a simple drag & drop, or at least recreated when saving internal Controllers with links to other children when it is part of a Layer channel state
