FLkey 37 Issues

I'm having problems with using the pitch knob on my FLkey 37. Not sure if this is a bug or something thats going on internally in my session, but whenever i use the pitch knob, it starts selecting different channels/instruments in the channel rack. I know its the pitch knob because it only happens when I use it. Also I wasn't even playing a part of my track and I moved the pitch knob and it started freaking some instruments out and playing random stuff. I have no idea why this is happening.

EDIT: Okay so now its changing the pitch when im playing the keys too. What the hell is wrong with this thing? I spent 200 dollars and its absolutely the worst. How is this even possible.
