Does FL Studio have MODs/some kind of MOD possibilities like Ableton/Bitwig?

I tried a bit with the synchronized Random preset of the formular controller but this does just BS too...

so it starts with a 16th and doing it´s 8ths afterwards... giving me a nice "off-beat" ...always lagging a 16th...

But at least apart from the start error it stays in sync...

Looks like the -0.5 to force rounding down is in the wrong place.
